Owner Michael Sooklaris has lived in Florida for 20 years. He has lived and worked strictly on Fort Myers Beach for the last 15 years. Mike is a Certified Building Contractor, specializing in the field of interior remodeling.

Mike has heard countless stories from neighbors of construction sites complaining of mess, hassle and inconvenience. He makes it priority one to maintain all stages of site construction from start to finish as clean and efficient as humanly possible. He recognizes that details are what counts and has years of experience to reinforce his claims.
